- Consider for Approval of an MOU between the City of Galveston and Texas A&M Task Force 1 (TF1) in order to allow Captain Scott Zahara to deploy as one of the 28 federal teams under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)’s National Urban Search and Rescue (US&R) System and as a statewide urban search and rescue team under direction of the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM). - Discuss and consider for action the approval of the Deckard Contract Assignment; and the approval of the related Deckard Short-Term Rental Software Contract Term Amendment #3 extending the contract by one-year, effective October 2025, pending the full and complete execution of the Deckard Contract Assignment. - Request: Consider approval of an amendment to GLO Contract No. 24-065-066-E597 to revise the Performance Statement, Budget, and Benchmarks to add the Causeway Waterline as an eligible activity, reflecting a reduction in the Grant Award by $25,075.02, resulting in a revised total of $15,736,324.98, and updates the contract termination date to March 31, 2028. authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents upon final approval. - Consider for approval the purchase of 2 Mobile Surveillance Trailers, 6 covert cameras hidden in 3 Window Boxes and 3 streetlights, and 3 covert tracking devices. The VMS Cloud subscriptions for 1 year on all cameras and 1-year cellular service on all tracking devices. To be purchased from Cowboy Concealments though the OMNIA Partner 13-22 i-PRO Contract award under which Cowboy Concealments is a designated reseller partner. For a total cost of 110,700.00. (D.
