1. Consider for approval the renewal of the annual subscription agreement with DLT Solutions, LLC utilizing DIR-CPO-5677 for InfoWorks ICM Ultimate software package licenses and AutoCAD licenses. (H. Dean)
2. Consider accepting a proposal from R.B. Hash and Associates Inc. in the amount of $34,928.00 to replace 76’ of rust damaged “C” channel/purlin and repair the perimeter of the standing metal seam roofing system at Fire Station #8, utilizing contract COG-CON-24-226 On Call Roofing Services authorizing the City Manager to sign all documents upon the review and approval of the City Attorney. 3. Consider authorizing the City manager to approve a proposal from BRW Architects, a pre-qualified Architectural firm from the RFQ 24-02 IDIQ, to provide architectural services for the Beach Patrol facility in the amount of $316,400.00. The scope of work includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, as well as surveying, geotechnical services, and TDI certification to ensure the facility meets all the building requirements and operational needs of Beach Patrol.
