Consideration of approving and authorizing the acceptance of a Possession and Use Agreement from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for an easement over approximately 0.1132 acres associated with the SH 146 project (W of SH 146, N of FM 646, Parcel 347), and further, to void and supersede the prior Commissioners Court action taken on March 17, 2025 (Item 35), which authorized acceptance of an offer for a property purchase for the same parcel as submitted by Platting & Right of Way
