Consideration of authorizing Special Warranty Deed to the City of Jamaica Beach as required in the Interlocal Agreement concerning the Home Buyout Program authorized under the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program dated March 10, 2010 for all that certain tract or parcel of land being more particularly described as Survey of a 5,176 square foot (0.1188 acre) tract of land out of Reserve “F”, of JAMAICA BEACH, SECTION ONE (1), a subdivision in Galveston County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 254-A, Page 80 and transferred to Plat Record 4, Map No. 63, both of the Map Records of Galveston County, Texas and said 0.1188 acre of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds
