1. Consider authorizing the purchase of a ladder fire truck from Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC, through the Houston-Galveston Area Council, for the Friendswood Volunteer Fire Department.
2. Consider a resolution ratifying and approving the City of Friendswood's application to the Office of the Governor for the FY2024 State Homeland Security Program to fund the purchase of cyanide kits for EMS ambulances and appointing the Mayor to act as the City's authorized representative for all purposes under the grant.
3. Present an update regarding Retired Chief Wieners receiving the Helping Hand Award.
