2. Consider the authorizing a contract with Star Services, Inc., for the purchase and installation of replacement HVAC equipment for the Animal Shelter through The Interlocal Purchasing System.
3. Consider authorizing an agreement with Mansfield Oil Company of Gainesville, Inc., through OMNIA Partners utilizing the City of Fort Worth Contract No. 53315, for the purchase and delivery of diesel fuel and unleaded gasoline for vehicles owned by the City and the Friendswood Independent School District.
