- Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a finance contract with Government Capital Corporation for the financing of technology and various equipment, including, but not limited to, generators and associated equipment, emergency equipment, and ambulance chassis and refit.
- Consider authorizing the purchase of twenty (20) mobile terminal units with all related appurtenances from CDW Government for the Friendswood Police Department using DIR Contract No. DIR-CPO-4547.
- Consider approving the purchase of a new Teens' Playground at Centennial Park from fun abounds, inc., through the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative (BuyBoard).
- Consider naming a memorial bench to be placed at Friendswood Veterans Memorial in honor of Former Police Chief Robert "Bob" Wieners and authorizing the purchase and installation of such memorial.
- Consider an ordinance amending the City’s General Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 by approving “Budget Amendment XII” and providing for supplemental appropriation and/or transfer of certain funds.
