- Consider approving Change Order No. 6 to the New Ground Storage Tank at Surface Water Plant #1 Project, and authorizing Change Order No. 11 to the Clear Creek Crossing Waterline Installation Project to move unspent ARPA funds from the Clear Creek Crossing Waterline Installation Project to the New Ground Storage Tank at Surface Water Plant #1 Project.
