- Consideration and possible action approving Ordinance No. 2026-2774 authorizing the City of Freeport to enter into an Industrial District Agreement with BASF Corporation, The Dow Chemical Company, Brock Stratton Ridge LLC, the City of Lake Jackson, and the City of Clute for the Brazosport Industrial District.
- Consideration and possible action to renew the annual contract with the Brazoria County SPCA for animal services and approve the associated payment schedule.

The Mayor will call on you when that item is presented, once a motion has been made by Council then public participation will not be allowed. You will have four (4) minutes to make your comments regardless of the number of agenda items to be addressed.

- Consideration and possible action approving Resolution No. 2026-3073 waiving rental and facility fees for SuperFeast’s use of RiverPlace from November 23 through November 27, 2026.
- Executive Session regarding a.) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney), the City Council will convene into closed executive session to seek the advice of the City Attorney regarding legal matters, duties, and obligations related to threats, harassment, and security measures concerning members of the City Council.
