3. Consultation with City Attorney - Former Texas Rangers Foundation 380 Agreement and Ground Lease (Section 551.071)
4. Consider directing the City Manager and City Attorney to take any and all actions necessary for the Immediate Termination on December 5, 2024, of the 380 Economic Development Agreement and the Ground Lease with the Former Texas Rangers Foundation due to Default of the Agreement and the Lease; and to take such other actions as may be necessary to protect and preserve the property and interests of the City.
