Deliberation regarding Economic Development negotiations — Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087 regarding potential incentives for a development interested in locating in the city at 405 Goehmann Lane and consultation with the City Attorney pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 regarding legal matters related to same.
