1. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-28, approving a first amendment to the Escrow Agreement between the City of Forest Hill and PR III/HLCI Wichita Street, LP, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the first amendment.
2. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-27, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, approving a second amendment to the Facilities Development Agreement with PR III/HCLI Wichita Street, LP for the installation of pavement, drainage, and traffic signals at the intersection of Wichita Street and Forest Hill Circle and surrounding area and authorizing the City Manager to execute the second amendment.
3. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-23, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, approving an amendment to the City of Forest Hill Employee Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
4. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-26, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority for award of a grant under the SB224 Catalytic Converter Grant Program.
5. Discuss and consider action to rescind Council action taken on April 9, 2025 thereby reinstating Chapter V. City Council Meeting Information, Item B, Section 2 (c) Preparation of the Agenda in the City Council Relations Policy and Code of Ethics to read as follows: Any Council member may request in writing one agenda item per meeting. If additional agenda items are requested, the requestor must have the support of the Mayor and one other Council member. Written requests under this provision must be submitted by noon the Wednesday prior to the Council meeting for discussion and action. No items can be added after the deadline time and date. The Mayor, Council members, or Staff do not have the authority to add, remove, or change an agenda item other than their own. The Mayor and Council members have no clerical duties, so agendas are prepared by the City Administration.
