1. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-30, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, recommending Tarrant County award a contract to Gomez Brothers Construction, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $128,345.00 for construction of water line improvements for the 7300 block of Woodbridge Drive through the 50th CDBG Grant Project No. B-24-UC-48-001-32-15, and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute any and all necessary documents.
2. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-32, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, authorizing an advanced funding agreement for State (TxDOT) funding and performance of a project regarding railroad pavement markings and signs and City of Forest Hill maintenance of railroad pavement markings and signs (off-system). Authorizing the City Manager to execute such agreement.
3. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-35, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, suspending the July 31, 2025 effective date of ONCOR Electric Delivery Company’s requested rate change to permit the City time to study the request and to establish reasonable rates; and approving cooperation with the Steering Committee of Cities serviced by ONCOR to hire legal and consulting services and to negotiate with the Company and direct any necessary litigation and appeals.
4. Discuss and consider approval of hosting a Town Hall meeting.
5. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-34, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, approving the 2025 Title VI Administration Policy and Program regarding Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
6. Discuss and consider approval of excusing the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Keith R. Smith from the June 10, 2025 meeting.
7. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-31, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, establishing a temporary program for the payment of a monetary recruitment incentive for TCOLE-Certified Police Officer New Hires and setting forth criteria for the incentive.
8. Report on the Taste of Eastside Cops vs. Community Cook-off event.
9. Consider approval of the meeting minutes for the June 10, 2025 meeting.

12. Report on the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office assisting the City of Forest Hill Police Department.

14. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-33, a resolution of the City of Forest Hill, Texas, authorizing acceptance of a 0.413-acre sanitary sewer easement from C5LC at East Hill I-20, LLC.
15. Discuss and consider action on setting the date of September 16, 2025 for the public hearing on the Ad Valorem tax rate for fiscal year 2025-2026.
16. Discuss and consider action on setting the date of September 2, 2025 for the public hearing on the budget for fiscal year 2025-2026.
17. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Personnel Matters, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, to wit: City Manager.
