- Consider approval of a proposal from Schneider Electric in the amount of $106,200.00 to perform the upgrade conversion to replace (160) obsolete existing low frequency low security card readers with new high security card readers that work with high frequency (13.56 Mhz) access cards on Town buildings. Schneider Electric is the sole provider of this equipment and software.
