1. Consider approval of Change Order No. 2 for the Oak Street Lift Station and Forcemain Phase IV project, amending the contract with Fort Worth Civil Constructors, LLC. to provide an increase to the contract in the amount of $593,565.03
2. Consider approval of a lease amendment with T-Mobile West LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, successor in interest to VoiceStream GSMI Operating Company Inc, to extend the existing lease for antenna and equipment at $155,129.25 for the first five-year term plus four additonal and successive five-year terms, and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.
3. Discuss and consider purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property for parks, cultural arts, public safety, public rights-of-way, and/or other municipal purposes, including real property located north of FM 1171 and west of US 377, and all matters incident and related thereto.
4. Consider approval of Amendment No. 2 to the fiscal year 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Program.
