- Consider approval of Change Order No. 2 for the Denton Creek Blvd Bridge and Water Lines project, amending the contract with Urban Infraconstruction LLC to provide an increase to the contract amount of $65,746.41; and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.
- Consider approval of a purchase order cost increase for polymer chemicals for the Wastewater Treatment Plant from Polydyne, Inc. in the amount of $25,000; and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.
- Discuss and consider purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property for parks, cultural arts, public safety, public rights-of-way, and/or other municipal purposes, including real property located north of FM 1171 and west of US 377, and all matters incident and related thereto.
- Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing the application of a grant proposal to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, for funding assistance for the development of Leonard and Helen Johns Community Park; and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.
