The contract is for one year with three one-year renewal options.​​​​
  2. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Consider approval of an updated Automatic Aid Agreement with the Highland Village Fire Department to provide fire engine coverage within an expanded area of Flower Mound, and authorization for the Mayor to approve the same on behalf of the Town.
  3. Consider approval of Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Services related to the Red Oak Lane Sewer Line Replacement project, to Insituform Technologies, LLC., utilizing The Local Government Purchasing Cooperative Contract #730-24, administered through BuyBoard, in the amount of $2,085,032.00.
  4. <strong>Section 551.072: Deliberation Regarding Real Property</strong><br>Discuss and consider purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property for parks, trails, cultural arts, public safety, public rights-of-way, and/or other municipal purposes, including real property located north of FM 1171 and west of US 377, and all matters incident and related thereto.
  5. Public Hearing to consider a request for a waiver (MISC26-0002 – Valley Creek Church Pickleball Lighting Waiver) of Subsection (b)(2), Section 98-1101, Outdoor Lighting, of the Code of Ordinances, to exceed the maximum foot-candle illumination of 20 foot-candles. The property is generally located north of Dixon Lane and east of Eastglen Drive. (PZ recommended denial by a vote of 6 to 0 at its September 28, 2026, meeting.)

  11. Public Hearing to consider an ordinance for rezoning (ZPD26-0009 – 6905 Orchard Drive) from Single-Family District-10 (SF-10) uses to Planned Development District No. 212 (PD-212) with Single-Family District-10 (SF-10) uses and with certain exceptions and modifications to the Code of Ordinances. The property is generally located south of Orchard Drive and east of Meadow Lane. (PZ recommended approval by a vote of 6 to 0 at its September 28, 2026, meeting.)

  14. Public Hearing to consider a request for a Comprehensive Sign Package (CSP26-0002- Town Center West Addition – Venture X) to allow one additional wall sign on the building.
