2. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Consider approval of a joint ordinance and boundary agreement between the Town of Flower Mound and the Town of Argyle releasing and accepting corporate limits for an approximate 38.9 acre tract of land.
3. Consider approval of a joint ordinance and boundary agreement between the Town of Flower Mound and the Town of Argyle releasing and accepting corporate limits for an approximate 2.9 acre tract of land.
4. Consider approval of a joint ordinance and boundary agreement between the Town of Flower Mound and the Town of Argyle releasing and accepting corporate limits for an approximate 8.3 acre tract of land.
5. Consider approval of a Mutual Aid Agreement with Denton County to provide Emergency Management Services during disasters and other emergency incidents and authorization for the Mayor to approve same on behalf of the Town.
6. Consider approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Garver, LLC., for the design services associated with the Amy Lane Park Pond Improvements project, in the amount of $185,318.00; and authorization for the Mayor to execute same on behalf of the Town.
7. <strong>Section 551.072: Deliberation Regarding Real Property</strong><br>Discuss and consider purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property for parks, trails, cultural arts, public safety, public rights-of-way, and/or other municipal purposes, including real property located north of FM 1171 and west of US 377, and all matters incident and related thereto.
8. Consider approval of a resolution adopting Atmos Energy Corp., Mid-Tex Division's rate tariffs that reflect the negotiated rate change pursuant to the Rate Review Mechanism process.
9. Consider approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
