A Work Session in conjunction with a future Public Hearing for a Master Plan Amendment (MPA26-0002 – Flower Mound Center Thoroughfare Plan) to remove an Urban Collector; a Master Plan Amendment (MPA26-0003 – Flower Mound Center) from Low Density Residential, Retail, and Office uses to Retail; and rezoning (ZPD26-0004 – Flower Mound Center) from Planned Development No. 141 (PD-141) with Retail-2 (R-2), Office (O), and Agricultural (A) to Planned Development District No. 209 (PD-209) with Retail-2 (R-2) uses, with certain exceptions, modifications, and waivers to the Code of Ordinances. The property is generally located south of Waketon Road and west of Long Prairie Road.
2. Consider approval of the minutes from August 10, 2026.
