4. Public Hearing to consider an ordinance granting Specific Use Permit No. 502 (SUP26-0002 - Total Care ER Flower Mound) to permit an office, medical and dental extended care facility. The property is generally located south of Cross Timbers Road and west of Fireside Drive.
