Consider approving Resolution No. 2025-013 authorizing the execution of a Local Agreement to effect the disposition of contraband seized pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure between the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and the Farmers Branch Police Department, authorizing the City Manager and the Police Chief to execute appropriate agreements on the City’s behalf; and take appropriate action.
