Conduct a public hearing and consider adopting Ordinance No. 4006 prohibiting the use of and contact with designated groundwater beneath land located in Farmers Branch, Texas, at 1349 - 1399 Valley View Lane and associated City rights-of-way to facilitate certification of a Municipal Setting Designation by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), establishing a Municipal Setting Designation; and take appropriate action.
