The City Council will convene in a closed Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, Personnel, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, and duties of a public officer, the City Attorney, including expectations regarding the City Attorney’s role, responsibilities, and coordination within the City’s council-manager form of government.
