The City Council will convene into closed executive session pursuant to (i) Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property; (ii) Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss economic development incentives; and (iii) Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, and 551.071(2) to seek legal advice from the City Attorney regarding previously proposed contract terms related to Farmers Branch Project 2022.001.
