Conduct a public hearing and consider the request to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to define “Card Room” as a use within the City and adopting regulations applicable to such use, including but not limited to amending: Article 2 “Zoning Districts and Uses,” Article 4 “Site Development Standards,” Article 5 “Special Districts”, and Article 7 “Definitions” and take appropriate action.
