PUBLIC HEARING ON <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">An ordinance amending the official zoning map of the City of Elgin, Texas adopted in Chapter 46, Section 46-3, Revised Code of Ordinances City of Elgin, Texas, 2013 and making this amendment a part of said zoning map to wit: To rezone from "I" General Industrial District to "C-2" General Commercial District LOCATED on a parcel of land known by the Bastrop County Appraisal District as Parcel 84627 (Elgin Business Park, Lot 2, Acres 0.9960) BEING DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED HERETO AND PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.

3. <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">An ordinance amending the official zoning map of the City of Elgin, Texas adopted in Chapter 46, Section 46-3, Revised Code of Ordinances City of Elgin, Texas, 2013 and making this amendment a part of said zoning map to wit: To rezone from "C-3" HIGHWAY Commercial District to "I" General Industrial District a portion of land located on a parcel known by the Bastrop County Appraisal District as Parcel 15336 (Corlin Subdivision, Lot 3, Acres 2.4620) and a portion of land located on a parcel known by the Bastrop County Appraisal District as Parcel 87879 (Corlin Subdivision, Lot 2, Acres 2.0000) located on the west side of North Highway 95 and north of Mogonye Lane, being more described in Exhibit "A", and providing for a savings clause and repealing conflicting ordinances and resolutions.

5. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER 16 FOR THE WASTEWATER PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT, AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS RELATED THERETO.
6. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER FOR THE ROY RIVERS PROJECT PHASE IV ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS RELATED THERETO.
7. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER 5 FOR THE ELGIN POLICE DEPARTMENT STATION PROJECT, AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS RELATED THERETO.
