2. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR PASS THROUGH WASTEWATER SERVICE AT THE POTH TRACT, AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS RELATED THERETO. (GONZALEZ)
