An Ordinance amending Title 9 (Health and Safety), Chapter 9.04 (Solid Waste Management) of the El Paso City Code, to perform the following: Amend Section 9.04.020 (Definitions) to add Director of Code Enforcement; amend Section 9.04.610 (Authority to Issue Citations) to rename and replace Code Enforcement Division with Code Enforcement Department; Chapter 9.08 (Junk Vehicles), amend Section 9.08.050A (Enforcement Authority) and Section 9.08.060 (Enforcement) to add Code Enforcement Department; Chapter 9.10 (Mulberry Trees), Section 9.10.020 (Enforcement) to add Code Enforcement Department; Chapter 9.12 (Food and Food Handling Establishments), Section 9.12.820 (Responsibility of the Director of Public Health) to amend the heading and the Director of Public Health to the Code Enforcement Director; Chapter 9.24 (Mosquito Control), Section 9.24.040 (Enforcement) to add the Code Enforcement Department as a Department which can enforce the chapter; Section 9.24.050 (Violation-Penalty) to add the Code Enforcement Department as a Department which can enforce the chapter: Chapter 9.28 (Rat Control), Section 9.28.080 to add Code Enforcement Director; Chapter 9.48 (Public Swimming Pools and Spas), Section 9.48.040G (Definitions) to add the Code Enforcement Director; Chapter 9.50 (Public and Workplace Smoking Restrictions), Section 9.50.110A (Enforcement) to add the Code Enforcement Department; the penalty as provided in Sections 9.04.630, 9.08.070, 9.10.040, 9.12.890, 9.24.050, 9.36.100, 9.48.260, and 9.50.130.
