An Ordinance amending Title 5 (Business License and Permit Regulations), Article III (Enforcement) of the El Paso City Code, to perform the following: Chapter 5.05 (Public Swimming Pool Licenses), Section 5.05.150 (Enforcement Authority), to add Code Enforcement Director, amend Chapter 5.10 (Tattoo and Body Art Studio Registration and Artist License), Section 5.10.150 to replace Environmental Services Department with Code Enforcement Department and Chapter 5.18 (Convenience Store Regulation), Section 5.18.080 to replace Code Director and Police Chief with Code Enforcement Director; the penalty as provided in Sections 5.05.160, 5.10.170 and 5.18.080 of the City Code.
