An Ordinance amending Title 13 (Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places), Chapter 13.20 (Miscellaneous Street and Sidewalk Use Regulations) of the El Paso City Code, to perform the following: Amend Section 13.20.040 (Selling Merchandise Prohibited on and near Public Right-of-Way), to add Code Enforcement Department; the penalty as provided in Section 13.20.040 of the City Code.
