An Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.150 (Schedules XIV - Speed Limits), Subsection E (Thirty Miles Per Hour), To delete Item: 2. Railroad Drive from Dyer Street to a point 0.38 Miles South of Dyer Street; And an Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules),12.88.150 (Schedules XIV - Speed Limits), Subsection F (Thirty-five Miles Per Hour), To delete item: 62. Railroad Drive from Falcon Avenue To a point 200 feet North of Deer Avenue and to add Item 111. Railroad Drive from Hondo Pass Drive to S Angora Loop Avenue; and an Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.150(Schedules XIV - Speed Limits), Subsection G (Forty Miles Per Hour) To delete item: 26. Railroad Drive from a point 0.38 miles south of Dyer Street to a point 0.76 miles south of Dyer Street; and an Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.150 (Schedules XIV - Speed Limits), Subsection H (Forty-five Miles Per Hour) to delete item: 6. Railroad Drive from Hondo Pass Drive Road to Falcon Avenue and to add item 40. Railroad Drive from Fred Wilson Road to Hondo Pass Drive and to add item 41. Railroad Drive from S Angora Loop Avenue to Dyer Street; and an Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.150 (Schedules XIV - Speed Limits), Subsection I (Fifty Miles Per Hour) to delete item: 3. Railroad Drive from a point 200 feet North of Deer Avenue to a point 0.76 Miles South of Dyer Street; and an Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.150 (Schedules XIV - Speed Limits), Subsection J (Fifty-five Miles Per Hour) to delete Item: 8. Railroad Drive from Fred Wilson Road to Hondo Pass Drive. The Penalty as provided in 12.84.010 of the El Paso City Code.
