Discussion and action on a Resolution that the City Manager or designee present the Texas Non-Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) Ratepayer Protection Act (Exhibit "A") to the El Paso State Legislative Delegation. The act would extend Senate Bill 6-style protections shielding ratepayers from costs associated with large-load customers, including data centers, in El Paso Electric's service territory and set Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) rulemaking deadlines.
