Discussion and action that City Council approval granted in the Resolution of July 1, 2024 to allocate funds from capital asset sales to fund the City of El Paso’s local match obligation for the Buffalo Soldier Reconstruction and Brown Street Shared Use Path projects is rescinded upon the City of El Paso’s receipt of State Infrastructure Bank Loan funds, due to the availability of State Infrastructure Bank loan funding for this purpose. That, except as herein modified, the Resolution of July 1, 2024 remains in full force and effect.
