Discussion and action on a Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to effectuate budget transfers, 1. $7,000,000 to set up FY26 & FY27 street resurfacing projects as part of the Residential Resurfacing from Community Progress Bond previously approved. 2. $22,391,972 to set up various street resurfacing projects as part of the Top 50 Arterials from Community Progress Bond previously approved.
