McCombs Street from Dyer Street to Dalhart Drive, and to add Item: 40. McCombs Street from Dyer Street to a point 3.70 miles North of Dyer Street; and an Ordinance amending Title 12 (Vehicles and Traffic), Chapter 12.88 (Schedules), Section 12.88.150 (Schedules XIV - Speed Limits), Subsection J (Fifty-Five Miles Per Hour), to delete Item: 5. McCombs Street from Dalhart Drive to its terminus at FM 3255, and to add Item: 10. McCombs Street from a point 3.70 miles North of Dyer Street to Stan Roberts Sr. Road. The penalty as provided in 12.84.010 of the El Paso City Code.
