Discussion and action on a Resolution to authorize the expenditure of District 4 discretionary funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000 to support current and future programming for youth, seniors, families, athletic activities, community engagement efforts, community meetings, and other district events, including signature events in District 4, serves the municipal purpose of fostering a positive community atmosphere, promoting cultural enrichment, supporting local initiatives, and enhancing the overall quality of life for El Paso residents.
