An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST24-00015, to allow for a ballroom on the property described as all of Lot 6 and a portion of Lot 5, Block 48, Pebble Hills Subdivision Unit 4 Replat A, 3101 N. Lee Trevino Drive, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to Section 20.04.260 of the El Paso City Code. The penalty being a provided in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
