A Resolution that the Mayor is authorized to sign a First Amendment to the Interlocal Agreement between the City of El Paso (“City”), a home rule municipal corporation, and the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority (“Authority”), to extend the term of the Interlocal Agreement; to amend the Authority’s scope of work to include, if necessary, eminent domain services; and to increase the amount that the City shall compensate the Authority from an amount not-to-exceed $475,655.86 to an amount not-to-exceed $583,655.86, an increase of $108,000.00.
