Discussion and action on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign a two-year On-Call Agreement for Professional Services to perform Civil Engineering Services on a task-by-task basis by and between the City of El Paso and each of the following 6 consultants: 1. AECOM Technical Services, Inc. 2. CEA Engineering Group, Inc. 3. Consor Engineers, LLC 4. GRV Integrated Engineering Solutions, LLC 5. Huitt-Zollars, Inc. 6. Moreno Cardenas, Inc. Each On-Call Agreement will be for an amount not to exceed $750,000.00, and each agreement will include authorization for the City Engineer to approve additional Basic Services and Reimbursables for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 and authorization for the City Engineer to approve Additional Services for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 if the identified services are necessary for proper execution of identified project and if the increased amounts are within the appropriate budget identified for a project.
