A Resolution that the Mayor be authorized to sign an Interlocal Agreement between the City of El Paso and the University Medical Center of El Paso for the period starting September 4, 2024, through January 31, 2026, with four one year renewal periods, for the provision of laboratory testing services by the City of El Paso to the University Medical Center of El Paso, as well as, for laboratory testing services by the University Medical Center of El Paso to the City of El Paso.
