Discussion and action on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to sign all documents related to the FY 2024 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response Grant, including but not limited to, authorization of budget transfers, and/or revisions to the operation plan, and to accept, reject, amend, correct, and/or terminate the grant in the amount of $2,545,200.13 with a cash match of $1,710,929.32 for a total grant amount of $4,256,129.45. The grant period is estimated to be from September 2025 through August 2028. Recipients are required to contribute twenty-five percent (25%) of the actual costs incurred in each of the first and second years of the grant; and sixty-five (65%) percent of the actual costs incurred in the third year of the grant.
