A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Inter-local Agreement between the City of El Paso and Texas Department of Public Safety to allow for a reimbursement program to compensate the City for travel and overtime expenses incurred by the Tactical Flight Officers assigned to the Department of Public Safety Aircraft Section. This agreement shall be effective on the date signed by the last party and will terminate on 08/31/2030 or when funding is depleted. The parties may also terminate this contract earlier upon mutual written consent or upon written request or either party with 30 calendar days written notice. Additionally, this contract has three optional one-year renewal periods. The total amount of this contract will not exceed $160,000.00. The prior Inter-local Agreement was first signed between both parties on July 13, 2015.
