An Ordinance changing the zoning of Lot 4, Block 1, Falcon Hills #2, 7213 Royal Arms Drive, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas from R-3/sp (Residential/special permit) to R-4/sp (Residential/special permit), and imposing a condition. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed rezoning meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
