An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST24-00016, to allow for infill development with reductions to average lot width, front, rear, and side yard setbacks and 100% parking reduction on the property described as Lot 9, Block 38, Magoffin Subdivision, 903 Park Street, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas, pursuant to Section 20.10.280 Infill Development of the El Paso City Code. The penalty is as provided for in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
