In addition, the City Engineer is authorized to increase the contract amount up to $50,000.00 without further authorization from City Council, if such services are necessary for the proper execution of the project and the increased amount is in the appropriate budget for the project. Further, the City Manager is authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for execution of the Agreement for Professional Services.
