Supplier will be required to provide an updated sole source letter and affidavit each year. This contract will allow standardization of cardiac monitor defibrillators, accessories and maintenance to new and existing equipment currently owned by the City. Contract Variance: The difference based in comparison to the previous contract’s annual amount is as follows: An increase of $235,020.83 for the annual amount, which represents a 63.51% increase due to the addition of 9 new cardiac monitor defibrillators units as well as an additional 34 pieces of existing equipment to be placed under warranty.
