An Ordinance granting Special Permit No. PZST24-00006, to allow for a clinic and side yard setback reduction on the property described as Lot 2179, Block 91, Mountain View Addition, 4893 Maxwell Avenue, City of El Paso, El Paso County, Texas pursuant to Section 20.04.260 of the El Paso City Code. The penalty being as provided in Chapter 20.24 of the El Paso City Code. The proposed special permit meets the intent of the Future Land Use designation for the property and is in accordance with Plan El Paso, the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
