A Resolution authorizing the submission of an application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Texas Volkswagen Environment Mitigation Program (TxVEMP) All Electric Grant Program requesting an estimated cost share of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) with no match required from Airport Enterprise Funds, and that the City Manager, or designee, be authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for execution of this grant agreement.
