A Resolution that the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to sign an Agreement for Professional Services by and between the City Of El Paso, and Alta Planning+Design, Inc. California, USA, foreign for-profit corporation, authorized to transact business in Texas, for a project known as “2025-0163 Bike Plan Update” for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00.The City Engineer may, without further authorization from the City Council and in a form approved by the City Attorney, increase the total payment identified for all basic services and reimbursables performed pursuant to this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00, if such services are necessary for proper execution of the Project and the increased amounts are within the appropriate budget identified for the identified Project. In addition, the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for execution of the Agreement for Professional Services. In addition, the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to increase the contract amount up to $50,000.00 and sign any amendments to the agreement.
