The City Engineer may, without further authorization from the City Council and in a form approved by the City Attorney, increase the total payment identified for all basic services and reimbursables performed pursuant to this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00, if such services are necessary for proper execution of the Project and the increased amounts are within the appropriate budget identified for the identified Project. In addition, the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to establish the funding sources and make any necessary budget transfers and execute any and all documents necessary for execution of the Agreement for Professional Services.
